Returns

You can return your order within 7 days of receiving it. After that, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Keep in mind that custom-made items are non-returnable.

For packages that go missing or are damaged by the carrier during transit, we offer free returns and will also create a new item for you at no cost. For other occasions, you may be responsible for return shipping expenses, as well as any exchange shipment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Upon receiving your return, we'll promptly email you confirmation. Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a specific timeframe.

Should your refund experience a delay, ensure your bank account status and contact your card provider. For unresolved matters, kindly reach out to us.

Cancellation

Order cancellations are accepted before the preparation of delivery. Payments tied to the order will be refunded promptly.
